The 2022 Fixin Village was a blend taken from tank three weeks earlier. The delicate bouquet offers red cherries and crushed strawberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with refined tannins. It’s a fleshy and pretty Fixin with lightly spiced red fruit tinged with white pepper. Enjoy this lovely Fixin over the next 4-7 years.
